Returns & Refund Policy
A market-style edit of daily accessories, leather goods, knitwear, scarves, and carry essentials.
Orders from BRAVONEXIRA Groceries LLC may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery when items are unused, complete, and in their original condition.
Refunds are processed after inspection. Approved card refunds go back to the original method, while COD refunds are coordinated through support.
Items showing wear, damage after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
